		<description>It&#039;s for both, I need the speed at lockout and well as getting used to driving my hips at the top.
I have played around with deadlifts and bands, I didn&#039;t like the way the weight came on from the bands. I&#039;m going to switch up to reverse bands deadlifts next week I think, I just need to figure out what the right amount of weight to use is.</description>
