Front Raise: 2×15 w/ mini band
Pull Apart: 2×20 w/ monster mini

Core:

Seated Row: 4×15 w/ 2xdoubled monster mini
Abs/Obliques

Good workout, the last set still wasn’t that hard but called it there for my shoulder’s sake.
