Deadlift Week 7

Warm Up:
Standing Abs: 2×25 w/doubled purple
External Rotation: 2×15 w/mini band

Core:
Cambered Bar Squat: 5×2@315/142.9 + 80/36.3 chains
Deadlifts: 6@440.9/200, 463/210, 485/220
Ring Abs: 2×15

I forgot to put on my suit bottoms for squats, guess that means my hip is getting better. The deadlifts felt hard, the back held up but it didn’t feel as strong as it should have.
